For most people, employers and candidates alike, the interview is one of the most difficult and uncomfortable aspects of the job search.

Based on the ASAP™ or ASAP™ Enhanced assessment, Bartell & Bartell, Ltd. will customize InnerView™ to strategically probe those areas of concern or questions that have surfaced, as a result of the assessment process.  While we discuss these by phone, during an ASAP™ debrief, several of our clients have requested a formally printed list of customized interview questions, so we developed InnerView™ to meet this need.

As a supplementary service, we can easily add InnerView™ questions to the candidate's ASAP™ Portfolio.
