These
assessment results identify areas that will yield the
greatest results through development, and they pinpoint
where to intervene. Assessment results allow us to accurately
target developmental efforts to achieve the highest level
of effectiveness. We tailor our Executive Development
Sessions precisely to the needs of the individual.
Our
Executive Simulator is frequently used to bring
advanced leadership theories and concepts down to earth.
Similar to "flight simulators" used by pilots, Executive
Simulator exercises, put the individual in his/her
actual organizational role. They have an office,
assistant, phone, and actual staff (subordinates, peers,
superiors) with whom to interact. The Executive
Simulator allows him/her to practice new styles,
skills, and behavioral changes in a non-threatening environment
with close, one-on-one coaching.
Our
experience has been that often within one to three days
of Executive Development, astounding results can be realized.
This is possible, due to knowing precisely where
to intervene and providing an opportunity for the individual
to be challenged and developed under the experienced eye
of a personal coach.
