Workshop Pre-Work (Online Assessments)
DISCovery is a unique approach to personality/professional profiling and leadership development. Prior to the session, you will receive an online link, user ID, and password to complete a set of 3 online assessment instruments. You'll want to allow 30 - 45 minutes for completion. These, in essence, measure "who you are" - in terms of temperament, personality growth and development, and your natural mode of influence.

Bartell DISCription Temperament Inventory - Temperament The DISC measures temperament, the foundation on which personality forms. This is perhaps the most important element of who you are, because it is thought to be inborn. Temperament is how a person is "hard wired." The DISC measures dominant and recessive temperaments including: Driving, Influencing, Stabilizing, and Conscientious.

PVA - Personality Vector Analysis (a snapshot of a person's personality influence and current development) The PVA is a very dynamic measurement of personality. It takes a snapshot of personality and current growth/development, as well as vector/valence, a measurement of a person's natural influence, through a task/output approach or a people/process orientation. This number is very useful in building synergistic teams.

WPSP - Workplace Stress Profile (response to 10 organizational stressors) The WPSP measures a person's response to 10 different organizationally induced stressors: inter-role distance, role stagnation, role expectations conflict, role erosion, role overload, role isolation, personal inadequacy, self-role conflict, role ambiguity, and resource inadequacy. The patterns in the stress scores reveal precisely where to intervene to focus healthy stress for positive results.
During the DISCovery session we'll explore what the results of your assessments mean and how these impact how you interact with others who are "wired" differently than you. This experience launches your development process, as you begin to understand and discuss how your individual characteristics are at play in all of your daily interactions.
